Saskatoon man charged with ten counts in school investigation

Saskatoon police laid ten criminal charges against a 41-year-old man after an investigation into sexual interference at a school in the city, according to a release published September 10.
The Saskatoon Police Service’s Child Abuse Unit began investigating on May 26, 2026, after receiving a report involving a staff member at a school in the 300 block of Avenue N South.
Police said they consulted the Crown prosecutor’s office after completing the investigation, then laid five counts of sexual assault and five counts of assault. Police believe the alleged offences occurred between September 1, 2025 and May 25, 2026. The charges involve five complainants who were about 10 years old at the time.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on September 16, 2026. The court information number is 991350381.
The allegations have not been tested in court. The police release did not name the accused, the school or the victims.
